Manufacturing Capabilities
Our modern machinery empowers us to produce high-quality millwork products, including Cypress tongue and groove, siding, and various types of moulding. Our slogan, “Where are the knife marks?” reflects our commitment to delivering exceptionally smooth products.
Cypress Wood and Lumber Milling Machinery
Our facility includes three dry kilns with a total capacity of 190,000 board feet, an automatic lumber stacker, and a Newman 382 quiet cut 30″ double surface planer. We also have a Weinig 23C Hydromat moulder, straight line rip saws, gang rip saws, band resaw, and double end trimming equipment. Our lumber inspection process ensures quality at every stage of production, along with efficient container unloading and loading. We boast a 1,000,000 BF dry storage capacity and truck scales.
